1. Mr. Krishnendu Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.

Swapan Banerjee, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Dipayan Kundu, learned counsel for the private respondent are present.

2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that this petition may be disposed of with the following directions:

i) The petitioners may file a fresh comprehensive representation along with relevant document for self-same grievance and subject matter before respondent no.3, along with copy of this order within 15 days from today.

ii) In turn, the said authority shall decide the representation in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and the private

respondent herein and take a decision in accordance with law by passing the reasoned order within 90 days from the date of preferring the representation.

3. The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
