1. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased housewife. Her prayer for pre-arrest bail was turned down earlier. It is contended investigation is complete and principal accused i.e husband is on regular bail. Hence, she renews her prayer.

2. We are unimpressed by the submission. Filing of charge sheet is an aggravating and not a mitigating circumstance particularly in a serious offence involving murder. Grant of regular bail to a co-accused is also irrelevant as the parameters for grant of anticipatory bail stand on a much higher footing.

3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
