The State of West Bengal A report is filed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia. From the report it is seen that the appellant Yeazuddin Seikh, S/o late Sona Seikh of village - Arearbega, Police Station - Kaliganj, District- Nadia had expired on 15th August, 2022. Photocopy of death certificate is also annexed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia along with the report. As the appellant has already died, so the instant appeal stands abated against him.

The instant appeal be and the same is dismissed as abated. The appeal being CRA 130 of 2001 stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court at once.
