Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury reports and the photographs of the injury suffered. He submits that the injuries are grievous in nature.

Considering the injury report of the victim and the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring therefrom, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM (A) 1342 of 2022 is rejected.
