1. Affidavit of service filed in court is taken on record.

2. In the year 2023 this PIL was filed raising grievance against alleged illegal construction raised by respondent nos. 17 to 21.

3. On 13th March, 2023 when the matter was listed, service was not complete. After that, more than two years' period is over.

4. In this backdrop, as agreed we deem it proper to dispose of this PIL with following directions:

(a) If petitioner's grievance is still subsisting, he may file a detailed/comprehensive representation for the

present grievance before respondent nos.8 and 11/Howrah Municipal Corporation along with copy of this order.

(b) In turn, respondent no.9 shall consider and decide the representation within 60 days therefrom.

(c) It will be open for the Corporation to hear the affected parties in the decision making process.

(d) The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.
