1. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that a reasoned order dated 5th May, 2026 has been passed by the Assistant Chief Medical Officer of Health, Kakdwip Sub-Division, South 24 Parganas rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for grant of benefits sought for.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order and intends to file fresh writ petition challenging the same.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps to challenge the reasoned order dated 5th May, 2026 in accordance with law, if so advised.
