Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 03.02.2023.

In the 13th line of 5th Paragraph of order dated 3rd February, 2023, the words "ceased" be read as "seized". In the 14th line of 18th Paragraph of order dated 3rd February, 2023, the words "made" be read as "making". Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 03.02.2023.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to him.
