There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 444 of 2013 is hereby dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application being IA No.CAN 1 of 2019(Old No. CAN 6677of 2019) is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
