This matter is listed for correction of a typographical error, which crept in the cause title of the order dated 17th August 2021. It is found that the number of the C.R.M. of the said order has been wrongly recorded as "C.R.M. 2241 of 2020" instead of "C.R.M. 2241 of 2021".

The mistake is apparent.

Let the number of the C.R.M. of the said order, "C.R.M. 2241 of 2020" be deleted and substituted by "C.R.M. 2241 of 2021". Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 17th August 2021. (Harish Tandon, J.) (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
