It appears from the aforesaid order that a report was called for from Officer-in-Charge, Khardah Police Station about the genuineness of death certificate of opposite party Dipak Kumar Sarkar.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State files the report of Officer-in-Charge, Khardah Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate.

Upon perusal of the same, it appears that the death certificate of Dipak Kumar Sarkar is genuine as per KMC records. As it is found that the opposite party Dipak Kumar Sarkar has expired, accordingly, the present revisional application becomes infructuous and stands dismissed. The report submitted by the State be made part of the record.

Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
