1. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that there is typographical error in the order dated March 11, 2026. In the fourth line of paragraph 6 the said order, the expression "learned District Judge, Barasat, North 24Parganas" shall be deleted and the expression "learned Additional District Judge, 8th Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas" shall be inserted in its place and stead.

2. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated March 11, 2026. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
