Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled between the private parties out of Court and as such, the petitioners would not like to press this application. On the prayer of the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

The interim order passed earlier shall stand vacated.
