Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the investigation of the case is still in progress.

Having considered the quantum of seizure as well as the period of detention and the fact that the investigation is still in progress, I direct the learned Special Court to release the petitioner on bail after the charge-sheet is submitted before the said court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(NDPS) 427 of 2026 is disposed of.
