Petitioner seeks relaxation of condition granting bail on June 25, 2021.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition requiring the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge once in a week.

State is represented.

The application is bereft of any ground as to why the relaxation sought for should be granted. Mere compliance with the condition of the order granting bail is not sufficient. The petitioner needs to make out a case as to why a relaxation of one of the conditions of the order granting bail was required. No such case is made out in the present petition.

Under such circumstances, we are unable to relax the condition of bail as sought for.

Accordingly, the prayer for relaxation of the condition of bail is rejected.

CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly.
