A copy of an order of the Tax Officer, Public Vehicles Department, Kolkata, thereby quantifying the tax, additional tax and penalty payable by the writ petitioner is submitted in Court today. Let that be taken on record.

Mr. Nandi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted the affidavit of service. Let that be taken on record.

According to the copy of order as submitted in Court, it is found that the grievance of the writ petitioner regarding no communication having been made to him as to the amount payable by him on account of motor vehicles tax, additional tax and penalty to have been already mitigated.

Mr. Nandi, learned advocate for the petitioner has acknowledged receipt of the order of the Taxing Officer as above. Hence, the Court finds no further ground for adjudication in the contempt application being CPAN 390 of 2025.

For the reasons as above, the contempt application being CPAN 390 of 2025 is disposed of. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
