Banerjee) Mr. Chirantan Sarkar ...for the petitioner After some arguments, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the order impugned is an appellable order in view of Order 21 Rule 103 of the Code of Civil Procedure. He prays for leave to withdraw this revisional application with liberty approach the appropriate forum.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 806 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a Photostat copy thereof .

It is, however, made clear that the petitioner will be entitled to raise all points before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
