1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 463 of 2022 pending before the 7th Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Alipore.

2. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior serve of a copy of the revisional application along with notice on the opposite party is being made, however, the petitioner shall be made obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order on the opposite party within a week from date.

3. Mr. Halder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been pending before the learned Trial Court since long.

4. Having heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the petitioner's application for injunction as

expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date next date fixed.

5. CO. 789 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
