Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the revision petition contains certain incurable defects. As such, the petitioners do not want to press this application and would instead file a similar application afresh before this Court on the selfsame grounds. On his prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioners in filing a proper application afresh before this Court on the selfsame grounds. On the further prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet and the charge sheet annexed with the revision petition to the learned Advocate on record of the petitioners upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same for the record on usual undertaking.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
