Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the co-accused was rejected in November, 2022. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the co-accused. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
