Petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition of the anticipatory bail granted on March 2, 2020.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with all conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail. The police filed charge-sheet. Therefore, the condition requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer-in-Charge within whose jurisdiction he will reside once in a week and not to enter into the jurisdiction of Raiganj Women Police Station should be waived.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State refers to the report dated June 26, 2022.
There is no adverse report as against the petitioner. The police filed charge-sheet.
In such circumstances, we waive the requirement of the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of the Raiganj Women Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station within whose jurisdiction he shall reside. All other conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail on March 2, 2020 will remain the same.
Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.
