Petitioner is aggrieved by the guest house which is being run without any proper documentation. Petitioner is aggrieved that the police authorities have not taken any steps. Attention of the Court has been drawn to a communication made by the Administrative Officer, NKDA dated 12.03.2024. Learned advocate for the respondent no.7 submits that presently the guest house is not running and the writ petition has been preferred to settle scores by the petitioner against the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that earlier writ petition was preferred but no specific directions were passed upon the police authorities.

Since the communication made to the private respondents dated 12.03.2024 reflects that the Administrative Officer, NKDA directed the private respondents to stop his business activities immediately and also warned that failure to do so will result in legal action from the NKDA, I direct that in case the business of guest house is still running, NKDA will direct the police authorities to take necessary action in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5205 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
