Having considered that the main issue of the case relates to dispute over the land, I am of the opinion that the police authorities would only restrict themselves if there is violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5386 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
