1. The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant.

2. The appeal is arising out of an order dated 22nd February, 2023. The learned Single, upon consideration of materials on record, directed the University to grant necessary leave to the petitioner within 72 hours from that date. The learned Single Judge refused to accept the submission made on behalf of the University that her temporary absence would affect the interest of the students and found that the communication dated 2nd November, 2022 is cryptic and non-speaking.

3. On such consideration, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. The appeal and the connected applications are dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Prasenjit Biswas, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
