We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the State raised serious objection to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners as two cases are pending against the petitioners for banking fraud.

Bearing in mind the gravity of the offence, the prayer for antiparty bail is considered and rejected.
