Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits during pendency of this writ petition, concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) refused to grant Family Pension in favour of the petitioner. 3.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate.

On behalf of the petitioner prayer is made to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh challenging order passed by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) thereby refusing to grant Family Pension.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to question the order passed by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) thereby refusing to grant Family Pension to the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
