Petitioner Mr. Mit Guha Roy ... for the petitioner The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in connection with M.E.X. Case No. 285 of 2022 pending before the ld. JM, 4th Court, Howrah, an arrear of Rs.40,000/- which has accrued, is still not being disbursed by the husband/o.p.

Ld. Advocate submits that the husband happens to be an IT professional and is purposely paying cryptically. Having considered the submissions so advanced by the ld. Advocate for the petitioner, I direct the ld. Magistrate to fix one date in a month for the purpose of the present case and also direct the o.p./husband to clear all the arrears which have accrued in three monthly instalments. The aforesaid amount would be along with the payment of regular maintenance so directed by the ld. Trial court.

The ld. Magistrate is directed to stick to the timeline and will not condone any reason assigned by the husband/o.p.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 847 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
