Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed against the impugned notice under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 dated 30th March, 2021 and the impugned order of rejection of its objection against the aforesaid impugned notice by raising several factual and legal issues. However, petitioner does not want to press this writ petition with liberty to take all the factual and legal issues raised in this writ petition, before the Assessing Officer concerned in course of relevant reassessment proceedings. Considering such prayer of the petitioner, this writ petition, being WPA 4938 of 2022 is dismissed as "not pressed" with liberty to the petitioner as sought herein. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
