Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the written instruction dated April 2, 2026 from the petitioner wherein the petitioner has informed the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has been mitigated and thus nothing remains in the present writ application and he prays for withdrawal of the writ application.
