Mr. Das, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6, hands over the amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) to Mr. Subhendu Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no. 5.

The payment of costs is therefore recorded.
