Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was dealing in fake Indian currency notes (FICNs for short) valued at Rs.1,35,000/-. In view of the nature of offence affecting the economy, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
