By an order dated September 26, 2022, this Court directed the representation of the petitioner dated January 25, 2021 to be considered by the respondent no.6/Director General, Border Security Force, CGO Complex, New Delhi, within 6 weeks from the date of the order.

Mr. Kundu, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the respondent no.6 is not the authority concerned.

Such submissions were not made on the day when the previous order was passed.

Considering the submissions made by Mr.

Kundu in Court today, this Court directs the concerned respondent, being the respondent no.2 and/or respondent no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated January 25, within weeks from date.

The said representation is to be disposed of with a reasoned

order and the same shall be communicated to the writ petitioner within 2 weeks of passing thereof. Let this order be incorporated in the order dated September 26, 2022.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
