The petitioner claims that the private respondents/co-sharers in the property have demolished the privy being used by her.

The private respondents submit that the property in question has not yet been demarcated.

The dispute between the parties is, therefore, civil in nature. The police have no role to play in the matter. The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. 4.

The parties may explore appropriate civil remedies in accordance with law.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
