We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for 8 years. He prays for bail. In view of the conduct of the petitioner and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
