Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, by filing a report, indicates that the order passed by this court has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, in his usual fairness, also corroborates such stand and submits that the police authorities have posted adequate personnel in order to assist the petitioners in making construction. In such view of the matter, CPAN 211 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. The written report filed in court today be kept on record.
