Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to some formal defects he does not want to proceed with the instant application and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file afresh. 2.
In such view of the matter CRR 1040 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take back the certified copy of documents on condition to file authenticated copy of the same.
