In the order dated March 17, 2025 it is recorded that Ms. Tuli Sinha, learned advocate has appeared for the State. Her name was mistakenly not typed in the appearance portion but in the body of the order same is written.

The name of the advocate should be correctly read as Ms. Tuli Sinha instead of Ms. Subhra Nag in the appearance portion. The name of Ms. Subhra Nag be deleted.

The above corrections shall be incorporated in the order dated March 17, 2025.

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
