Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 9th April, 2026 in the cause-title and in paragraph 10 at page 3 mentioning the number of the writ petition as 'WPA 5348 of 20259 instead of 'WPA 5348 of 20269.

Let the number of the writ petition be read as 'WPA 5348 of 20269 in the cause-title and in paragraph 10 at page 3 in place of 8WPA 5348 of 20259.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
