Mr. Satadru Lahiri, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party raised vehement objection contending that sufficient ground has not been assigned for condonation of delay in the said application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds shown in the application I am convinced to allow the application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration.

Accordingly the application, being IA No. CRAN 2 of 2024 is thus allowed.

This is an application for restoration of the original

application, being C.R.R. 782 of 2020 in its original file and number. It appears that by an order dated 22nd June, 2023 this Court was pleased to dismiss the application as the petitioner was not present though the opposite party was represented. However, considering the grounds shown in the application, the prayer for restoration is allowed. The main application, being C.R.R. 782 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number.

The application, being IA No. CRAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
