Mr. Koustav Bagchi ... For the petitioner This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for a direction upon the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and within a specified period of time.

Considering the nature of the prayer and the facts and circumstances of the instant case, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate for the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with. The learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No.150 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties in any case save and except extreme urgency, preferably fixing date in every month in view of the Court's diary, if possible.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 702 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, forthwith. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
