1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was dealing in narcotics above commercial quantity. He had absconded and was not available for interrogation. Proclamation has been issued against him.

3. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit cast to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
