1. None appears for the petitioners. The respondent State and the respondent no.10 are represented through their respective learned advocates.

2. It is seen that the petitioners remain absent on 18.04.2022 and 04.11.2022 also. It appears that the cause of action does not survive or the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

3. Thus, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. If the petitioners are aggrieved by self-same issue, they may file representation before the concerned authority. In that event, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 90 days therefrom.

4. This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
