Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Paramanik .....for the State The revisional application was preferred to challenge the proceeding arising out of Salanpur Police Station Case No.28/2017 dated 05.04.2017. The petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the charge-sheet was submitted and as such, the contentions of the petitioner was restricted to formal F.I.R., the application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the charge sheet so submitted by the investigating agency. Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which reflects that date has been fixed for consideration of charges by the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Report submitted reflects that the next date is fixed for hearing on 13.12.2022.

Having regard to the fact that the revisional application was preferred at a stage when the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were not supplied to the present petitioners, I am of the opinion that the petitioners approached this Court at a pre-matured stage. As such, no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 791 of 2020 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
