Records reflect that none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed in connection with Golf Green Police Station Case No.174 dated 04.08.2022 under Sections 376/417/506 of the Indian Penal Code wherein charge-sheet has been submitted and date has been fixed by the learned Sessions Judge on 27th March, 2024 for consideration of charges.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take out an application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional court and canvass all the points which have been agitated in the present revisional application. Learned trial court would consider the same independently and arrive at its own finding.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court after he is aggrieved by the order of disposal of the application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 926 of 2024 is

disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
