Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, there was a free fight amongst the family members. The complaint of the petitioner was prior in point of time. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the injury reports of the victim. Three persons were injured in the incident. One of the injury is a 'deep cut injury' on the skull of the victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1354 of 2022 is dismissed.
