11.03. 2022 item No.61.
n.b.
ct. no. 34 CRR 793 of 2020 Ananta Singha Roy & Ors.
Vs.
The State of West Bengal & Anr.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Monoranjan Mahata .....for the State None appears on behalf of the petitioners.
Mr. Sur, learned advocate appears for the State, submits Case Diary.
Learned advocate for the State submits that next date has been fixed in the month of June, 2022 for consideration of charges. The petitioners approached this Court at a stage when the chargesheet was submitted before the Court and presently the case has progressed to the stage of consideration of charges. The documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of which the prosecution has relied upon and supplied to the accused had not been enclosed alongwith the revisional application, as such, I am of the opinion, that the petitioners approached this Court at a prematured stage. Thus, no interference is called for.
Accordingly, CRR 793 of 2020 is dismissed.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
