Mr. Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Mr. Bibek Dey, Mr. Mukesh Knanna, Ms. Debarati Choudhury .....for the Petitioners Md, Anwar Hossain, Ms. Sujata Das .....for the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Airport Police Station case No.172 dated 27/06/2012 under Sections 498A and 406 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. When the matter has been called, Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Inspector in Charge Airport Police Station Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate which reflects that the petitioners have been acquitted from the charges by the learned Trial Court, to that effect the judgment of the learned Trial Court dated 16.11.2021 has been enclosed. In view of the report so submitted I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous. The report so submitted be kept with the record. Accordingly, CRR 794 2020 is dismissed as infructuous. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
