This court does not find any reason to pass orders in this revisional application, save and except the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore must dispose of the application for injunction along with application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No.416 of 2021, within a period of three months from the next date fixed, mandatorily. Thereafter, the suit shall be expedited.
