Learned counsels on behalf of both the parties submit that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(S) 5970 of 2019 on 3.12.2021, present application has become infructuous and accordingly, necessary order may be passed. In such view of the matter, C.O. 729 of 2019 is dismissed as being infructuous.
