Basu ... for the contemnor In terms of the directions issued on 18.11.2021, the gratuity amount has been paid but belatedly and we find that there is delay of two months. In order to compensate the widows of the deceased workmen, we direct the appellant management to pay a sum of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to each of the respondent not later than 30.06.2022.

Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands disposed of.
