Simai, Ms. Sanchayita Das .... for the private respondents Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is evident that the impugned order dated February 22, 2022, passed by the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur suffers from several technical errors. As such, to cut short the matter, WPA No. 4959 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur to re-hear the parties concerned and decide the matter afresh in accordance with law upon considering all the materials available before the District Magistrate as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order to the District Magistrate.

All concerned shall act on the communication of the learned Advocates for the parties, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
